Service
Donoio provides online software for organising gift exchanges, wishlists, invitations, RSVP flows, reservations, reminders and related event pages. Donoio does not sell, deliver, store or inspect physical gifts. Gift obligations remain between the relevant users.
Adult users
The service is intended for adults who organise gift exchanges and wishlists. A user creating an account, game or wishlist confirms that they are at least 18 years old. Donoio is not directed to children and should not be used to ask children to create accounts or provide personal data.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate emails, use the service lawfully, respect other users privacy, avoid offensive or illegal content, and make sure they have permission to enter another person s email or event information. Organisers are responsible for the content and recipients of invitations they create.
Free and paid features
Statements such as free game creation, free draw or free basic service refer only to the basic ability to create a game or wishlist and invite or join participants without a mandatory upfront payment. They do not mean that every current or future feature, delivery channel, storage option, export, advanced result view, support option, customisation, integration or third-party service is free.
Optional paid digital features may be offered separately. A user is charged only after a price is shown and the user takes a separate payment action. Prices, currencies, taxes, billing period, renewal terms if any, and payment provider terms are shown at the point of purchase.
Email delivery, links and reminders
The service relies on email providers and recipient mailboxes. Donoio does not guarantee that an email, reminder, invitation, login link, match result or notification will be delivered, opened, read or acted on at a particular time.
Donoio is not responsible for missed, delayed or unread emails caused by incorrect addresses, spam filters, mailbox rules, provider outages, blacklists, forwarding rules, device settings, user mistakes or the recipient s technical settings. Users should copy the full link from an email if an email client breaks a link across lines.
Organisers remain responsible for checking participant status and using another communication channel when timing is important.
Third-party services
The service may rely on hosting, email, analytics, payment, anti-fraud, browser, operating system and network providers. Donoio is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, blocking, rate limits, payment refusals, email filtering or other third-party decisions outside Donoio s reasonable control.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We take reasonable measures to keep it available, but maintenance, provider failures, network incidents, security incidents, legal restrictions and force majeure may interrupt access, delay messages or make some features temporarily unavailable.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Donoio is not liable for disputes between users, the value, suitability, delivery or quality of gifts, missed event deadlines, missed email messages, unread notifications, participant mistakes, indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, loss of data not caused by Donoio s proven fault, or decisions made by third-party providers.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, Donoio s aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the specific paid feature that directly caused the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 50 if the relevant feature was free. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be limited are not excluded.
Termination
We may restrict access to the service if a user abuses the service, violates these terms or creates legal or security risk. Users may stop using the service and may request deletion of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the user s country of residence.
