Decide whether it fits the community

The format suits a small building, courtyard or neighborhood group that wants a light social activity. It must not become a residents' fee, a loyalty test or an automatic obligation. Hand over gifts without exposing access data

Prefer a short window in an approved neutral place. A lobby desk, concierge or security team should receive gifts only after explicit agreement. If two participants arrange delivery, the recipient chooses the channel and shares only the minimum information needed.

Never publish apartment numbers next to names, a building phone list, entry codes, delivery labels or a child's contact details. Do not leave a parcel at a door without consent.

Make wishes better than guesses

Ask for three to five directions and one or two no-thank-you items. Check the budget, availability, handover method and whether the choice assumes a size, allergy, religion, health condition or other private trait. Prepare for changes

Close the final list before the draw. If someone withdraws later, solve it privately with affected people instead of exposing every assignment.
